Our commitment
Crystal Management IT (CMiT) is committed to making our website and digital services accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. Accessibility aligns with our values—Integrity, Service, and Innovation—and supports our continuous improvement culture.
Standards and status
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and applicable U.S. requirements, including Section 508 and the ADA.
Conformance status: Partially conformant. Some parts of our site are not yet fully compliant; we maintain a remediation roadmap and publish progress in our site updates.
What we’re doing
Embedding accessibility checks into design, content, and QA workflows.
Using automated and manual testing (keyboard, screen reader, zoom/reflow).
Training editors and developers on inclusive design.
Reviewing third-party plugins and embeds for accessibility impact.
Known limitations
We are actively improving focus visibility/obstruction, minimum touch target sizes, non-drag alternatives for interactive elements, and form/authentication usability. Identified issues are prioritized and tracked to closure.
