U.S. Army Corps of Engineers | Business System Modernization

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is the largest project delivery organization in the U.S. Founded in 1802, USACE is entrusted with $6-8 billion annually to see out their mission of engineering solutions to the nation’s toughest challenges.

USACE’s project delivery is powered by its Project Management Information System (PMIS). With the growing prominence and stability of cloud computing systems, USACE made the decision to transition its stovepipe PMIS to a more agile and adaptable cloud-based system.
CMIT supported these modernization efforts from infancy through roll-out. CMIT specialists researched and established the optimal foundational tools for USACE’s new PMIS.

Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency | Robotic Process Automation and Development Support

In collaboration with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), CMIT spearheads the SANDBAR TDL LOE: Data & Application Services (DAS) project, focusing on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Automation (IA), and Business Solutions. CMIT employs an IT Service Management (ITSM) approach, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 27001, and the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Adherence to federal, DOD, and DCSA guidelines is unwavering, with team members holding HDI-CSR and DOD Directive 85701.1M certifications.

This transformative initiative, enhancing efficiency, reducing backlogs, and elevating operational quality, aligns with CMIT’s commitment to integrate cutting-edge technologies into DCSA’s operations seamlessly. The SANDBAR DAS support contributes to the broader mission of DCSA in safeguarding national security and supporting vital intelligence functions for the United States. CMIT’s dedication to this project underscores its role as a trusted partner in advancing the capabilities of defense and security agencies, ultimately fortifying the nation’s resilience and effectiveness in addressing complex challenges.
