John Lehman

John H. Lehman Jr

President

Mr. Lehman is the founder of CMIT. He has over three decades of experience leading complex IT programs, including Program Manager, Command Communication Survivability Program (CCSP), Office of the Secretary of Defense for the Pentagon Renovation Program. He is a retired U.S. Army veteran with 20 years of proud military service. Mr. Lehman provides hands-on leadership of CMIT’s Management’s strategic direction, resource management, and quality assurance. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina.

Diana Wilson

Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Wilson leads talent engagement initiatives including recruiting, training and career development, benefits, and community programs. Prior to joining CMIT, Ms. Wilson was a manager and independent talent engagement specialist for MBO Partners and provided trusted talent solutions as a staffing manager for an award-winning firm. She holds Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications and is a long-standing member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Ms. Wilson previously served as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for CMIT.

Josh Caldwell

Joshua Caldwell

Vice President, Operations and Delivery

Mr. Caldwell is the Vice President of Operations and Delivery for CMIT. Mr. Caldwell leads contract operations and client engagement strategies for government contract performance and delivery. He is responsible for the full client experience lifecycle, including internal proposal and capture, contract operations, and delivery. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran with over nine years of proud military service. Mr. Caldwell has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification since 2004.

Vicki Boughton

Victoria Boughton

Vice President, Administration

Mrs. Boughton oversees quality assurance and contract administration for CMIT. She is responsible for meeting client requirements and coordinating internal processes and activities across all functional areas to deliver uncompromised products and services to our clients. Mrs. Boughton directs our Quality Management System, Information Security Management System, Cybersecurity compliance, and GSA Schedule. She manages the latest quality standards of our corporate certifications. Prior to CMIT, she was a Senior Project Manager for a major cellular and telecommunications firm. Mrs. Boughton has a Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice Studies from Frostburg State University.

Samuel Lehman

Vice President, Talent Acquisition

Mr. Lehman has in-depth knowledge of talent acquisition and technical recruiting for federal contractors and government clients, focusing on the candidate experience. He previously led talent acquisition programs and veteran recruiting teams as the Delivery Manager of Engineering and Digital Transformation for a leading small business integrator. He has four years of prior work with the company, spanning business development, accounting, and human resources positions. Mr. Lehman has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science from George Mason University.

Jack Longanacre

Vice President, Accounting and Finance

Mr. Longanacre has over 15 years of public accounting, bookkeeping, corporate accounting, and Chief Financial Officer experience. He guides the financial stability and growth of the company through strategic financial planning, competitive rate structuring, and accounting compliance. He is a proud U.S. Army veteran with six years of military service. Mr. Longanacre has a Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy (MPA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and accounting from West Virginia University. He holds Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certifications.
Mr. Longanacre is also the founder of Spartan Shield Solutions, which provides superior customized accounting solutions to federal government contractors.
